Services (currently suspended in-person)

Coming together as a community. Sharing bread, wine and prayers. Reflecting on thoughtful lessons, words and music that guide and lift our spirits. You might find a traditional Episcopal service with readings from the lectionary, a sermon about the lessons of the day and the choir singing Handel or Mozart. Or you might find a priest on stilts, children participating in the sermon and everyone clapping and singing spirituals. Dress is casual. Please stay for coffee after each service so we can welcome you fully.

Children and teens are welcome at any of the services, and encouraged to participate.  Inside our front doors, a basket is filled with books and toys that younger children can take into church.  On the third Sunday of the month, the 10:00 a.m. service is shorter and designed for families.  Older children and teens can help with the liturgy, serving as acolytes, passing the collection plate, or reading one of the scripture passages.  Youth are invited to sit up front for the sermon, which is often interactive and sometimes involves magic tricks, flaming bibles, balloons, or skits.  You never know what surprises are in store, but the sermons are always relevant for children and adults, alike.

Sunday Mornings
7:45 a.m. Holy Eucharist
10:00 a.m. Choral Eucharist - Children are welcome & childcare available for younger children

Third Sunday of the Month

Music
Led by a professional choral director, the choir sings a rich variety of music at the 10:00.a.m. service. Children, teens, amateurs and a few professionals join together to lead the congregation in hymns and song, enhancing the spiritual experience of the congregation & the singers.
