Services
Services are currently offered in person at 7:45 am & 10:00 am. The Eucharist will be celebrated with bread, but no wine, at both services. The congregation prays together and sings hymns accompanied by organ or piano and choir at the 10:00 am service. Dress is casual. Please stay for coffee after each service. Children are welcome, and childcare for younger children is available in the nursery.
Past 10:00 am services are available virtually through our YouTube channel. View entire services or just sermons.
We are excited to offer livestreaming of St. John's weekly 10:00 service and other events. Please see the LiveStream tab for dates and links. We publish one month at a time.
The church is fully open with indoor worship. In order to attend worship in person, full vaccination is required, and masks are optional. Please enter the sanctuary only through the main entrance as other doors will remain closed. Although we will have the heater on, we will have the windows open for increased ventilation, so please dress accordingly.
For more information on DioCal protocols, please visit the COVID-19 Advisories on DioCal website.
Music
Led by our professional choral director, Dr. Ben Riggs, the choir sings a rich variety of music at the 10:00.a.m. service. Children, teens, amateurs and a few professionals join together to lead the congregation in hymns and song, enhancing the spiritual experience of the congregation & the singers.
