Practicing Mindfulness
St. John’s offers a mindfulness practice for adults on Wednesdays at 8am. Books written by Thich Nhat Hanh serve as our guide. Meet in the Mindfulness Room (upstairs across from the Fischer Room). Come once or come often - you’re always welcome.
St. John’s also offers youth mindfulness for students in grades 4-12. The practice will cover basic mindfulness tools and provide an opportunity to meditate with peers in a safe and welcoming space.
YOUTH MINDFULNESS (Tuesdays, except first Tuesday)
Grades 7-12: 5:15-5:45pm
Grades 4-6: 5:45-6:15pm
