Baptisms
Baptisms take place four times a year: the first Sunday in Epiphany, Easter Vigil, Pentecost,
and either All Saints’ Day or the Sunday after All Saints’ Day.
Our
liturgy
Worship
is at the heart of St. John's life. We usually observe Rite II;
however, we use the Iona rite during the Summer and we also have observed Celtic, African, and other
liturgies from time to time. Rite I is occasionally used in Lent.
