Kellor Smith, Children and Youth Ministries
- Junior and Senior High: Over 50 teens participate in St. John’s Youth Group. They are active with Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots and other community programs. In 1999 and 2001, members joined other Christian youth in a mission program. In 2004, members built a permanent Labyrinth at Bishop’s Ranch. In 2006, they went to New Orleans and helped rebuild homes. In June 2008, they went to Puerto Rico.
- The Youth Group meets most Sunday evenings, gathering in Christian fellowship for learning, discussion, exploring, prayer, outreach and socializing. Seventh through twelfth graders are welcome to join. Friends are also welcome. Parental permission is required to participate in Youth Group. Contact Kellor at the Church office.
Youth Group Calendar - Elementary, 3rd through 6th Grades: Pizza Club meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. during the school year, October through May. Pizza and Christian fellowship provide an opportunity to expand friendships beyond Sunday morning. Cost is $5.00 per meeting. Friends are also welcome.
