Youth Group Schedule Winter/ Spring 2008

St.
John’s active Youth Group numbers over 50 teens. Our youth are active with Habitat for Humanity, Toys
for Tots, and many other community programs. In 1999 and 2001, members
joined other Christian youth in a mission program. In 2004,
members built a permanent Labyrinth at Bishop's Ranch in Healdsburg, CA.
In 2006, they went to New Orleans and helped rebuild several homes.
During the summer of 2008 they will go to
Puerto Rico.
The Youth Group meets
most Sunday evenings, gathering in Christian fellowship for learning,
discussion, exploring, prayer, outreach and socializing. Seventh through
twelfth graders are welcome to join. Friends, too. click

Parental Permission is required to
participate in Youth Group. Contact Kellor Smith at the Church
office.
PIZZA CLUB
is an elementary Youth Group for third through sixth graders. They
usually meet on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
during the school year, October through May. Pizza and Christian
fellowship provide an opportunity to expand friendships beyond Sunday
morning. Call the office or watch the bulletin/Mouse for dates. Cost is
$5 per meeting. Friends are welcome.
Pizza Club Schedule
CONFIRMATION/RENEWAL
occurs several times a year. Preparation classes for CONFIRM, NOT
CONFORM (St. John's unique Confirmation program)and Confirmation are offered
by the Rector and his team of adult leaders. Confirmation is encouraged.
